-Support Buying & Finance team in day to day billings operations

-Timely deliver all creative materials and compliance requirements with platforms specification such as ad spec. -Set up digital campaign on 3rd Party Ad Server independently. -Generate site tags and tracking tags for campaigns, ensure the tags are firing correctly and able to harvest the data accordingly. -Monitor campaign performance. -Provide technical support to Media Planners, Campaign Delivery Team and Buying Team. -Keep updated on the latest developments and trends in the digital ad ops and digital buying. -Familiar with the Google, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, some programmatic buying platforms. -Familiar with 3rd Party Ad Server such as DCM and Double Verify. -Closely monitor and report to media planners on the campaign’s performance weekly/monthly. -Support the billing and process by uploading the buys onto billing system before the GroupM structure changes on end of 2020. -Manage at least seven different industry categories of account on hand at the same time including Cosmetics, Airline Service, Banking, Telecommunications, IT Retailer, Chocolate products, Consume electronics and computer hardware and in FMCG industry.
