I worked to develop the first baseline specification of the P2Process project.In may 2008 I concluded my master course thesis at PGCC-UFPA.I’ve worked as an Intern at Siemens Corporate Research, located in New Jersey USA, from March to September of 2009.In 2014 I started collaborating with the local startup community and helped to create the Açaí Valley startup community and the first Startup Weekend in Belém. After a while of collaborating with the startup ecosystem, I started in 2019 as Startup Weekend Facilitator in the Brazilian Ecosystem.From 2011 to september 2022 I worked as fulltime assistant Professor at Federal University of Pará (http://docente.ufpa.br/adailtonlima).From 2010 to now I work a partner at Execute Soluções (www.executesolucoes.com.br)In 2022 I concluded in my Ph.D. thesis about Distributed Software Development Projects.
