As a Programme Manager under the Programme Management Division of the Project Management Office, my usual roles and responsibilities includes;- Attendance of PMO Weekly meeting.- Drafting and securing approvals of project/work plans for any assigned initiatives/projects within 3 weeks of the approved PIB- Ensuring 80% implementation of all Projects (as detailed in the Project Work plans) to time, budget, and scope/quality in compliance with FIRS Project Management Framework.- Monitoring delivery of all assigned Projects according to approved work plans and submission of periodic progress reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, highlighting milestones.- Securing approval of close-out project reports for each closed project within six weeks of the final milestone deliverable.

As a Business Analyst under the Project Management Office (SAP Upgrade Division), my responsibilities included;- Requirement gathering for the SAP modules that were implemented (the modules include Performance management, Talent management, Travel and Expense, HR renewals, Enterprise Compensation Management, E-Recruitment, Audit Management, Business Intelligence).- Development of business blueprint (BP) and functional Specification for the modules in liaison with SAP consultants.- Conduction of UAT (User Assessment Tests) for the implemented modules.- Provision of First-level support to end users.- Facilitation of End User and SME trainings to enhance competency and proficiency.- Technical sessions on issues-resolution.
