UX Designer with a background in account management, and a passion for customer advocacy. I’ve acted as the liaison between the external and the internal. I worked closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met, and their needs are translated to the rest of the team. Working the fine balance between promoting our product and learning from clients on how our product can change, I’ve learned to always champion for the user.
