Tasks definition, elaboration of closing schedule, meetings with related areas to ensure calendar compliance, post-closing meeting with consequent recovery work and year-end pending without external audit and within the deadline set by the Headquarters (6th business day).• After reconciliations, unused INSS, PIS and COFINS credits were identified, generating cash savings of R$ 3M.• Change in the form of PIS and COFINS credit on CAPEX acquisition, previously made only through depreciation to the time of activation, generating cash savings of R$ 4M a.a.• Implementation of a single ERP in the group, internalizing administrative process (Financial, Fiscal and Accounting) in order to have group standard and savings from third party dismissal.• Implementation of IFRS16, control of lease agreements and system maintenance.• Analysis of profitable companies (IRPJ / CSLL payment) with distribution of expenses.• Implementation of the withdrawal risk financial tool (negotiation of fees with financial institutions), in order to increase the DSO of suppliers from 45 to 58 days.

Reporting to CFO.Attendance to external audits.Negotiation with banks. • Support to sales area for prospecting new customers, receivables negotiation and business increase, highlighting negotiation with B2W, Eletrozema, Ricardo Eletro, Dadalto, among others, with reduction of receipt time, price improvement and overdue receipt.• Implementation and management of SAP ECC 6.0 (Kick Off held in April / 2014 and Go Live in May / 2015, project carried out on two fronts, Manaus and São Paulo, challenges for cost module realized within SAP and tax / import, used partner software STEPS).• Implementation of the Credit Insurance area (with the implementation of Coface Credit Insurance, it was possible to make new sales to low-scoring customers and reduce Overdue to 2% of total receivables).
