Responsible of quality assurance for an IT consulting industry client. In this project, I was in charge of perform the following activities:1. Test case management with Qase. This includes: Creation, edition, exportation and execution.2. Creation and follow-up of Production incidents, Bugs, Tasks and User Stories using ClickUp as a project management tool.3. Application of different testing techniques like: End-to-end testing, Functional testing, Exploratory testing, UI/UX testing, Mobile Testing and Accessibility Testing by using the Google Lighthouse report provided by Google Chrome.4. In this project, I was in charge of perform the following activities:1. Test case management with Google Spreadsheets and Testmo. This includes: Creation, edition, exportation and execution.2. Creation and follow-up of Production incidents, Bugs, Tasks and User Stories using Jira as a project management tool.3. Testing environment setup.4. Application of different testing techinques like: End-to-end testing, Functional testing, Regression testing, Exploratory testing, UI/UX testing, Mobile Testing and Data Testing using MySQL as a database management system.

Responsible of quality assurance for a healthcare industry client who use the ETL approach to create suggestions. In this project, I was in charge of perform the following activities:1. New data initialization for both, new and existing clients, and customers’ data management.2. Application of different testing techniques like: End-to-end testing, Upgrade Testing, Smoke testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing and Data Testing using MySQL as a database management system.3. Environment setup for new clients. This covers Rundeck, Snowflake, Database, S3 and Sandbox4. Creation and follow-up of Production incidents, Bugs, Tasks and User Stories using Jira as a project management tool.5. Test case management with Zephyr. This includes: Creation, edition and execution.6. Generation of Testing report documents.
