Atuar como ponto de contato principal entre a equipe de Vendas e os projetos/demandas relacionados ao sistema LINX, compreendendo as necessidades da área e traduzindo-as em soluções técnicas viáveis. Além disso, realizar análises críticas das soluções oferecidas pela LINX, monitora as demandas, recebe novas versões de produtos e acompanha as equipes de usuários. Successfully led management projects using the Scrum framework in renowned companies such as BTG Pactual, State Street Banking, and Manulife, achieving a 100% delivery rate on all projects. These projects resulted in significant improvements in efficiency and quality of work, including 100% evolution in the use of Scrum teams, agile re-education, and application of Lean Inception, AgileUp, SWOT, DoR, and DoD. These projects were completed in periods ranging from 5 to 6 months, demonstrating a solid ability to lead agile teams and deliver positive results for organizations, formerly, leading an internal team of interns, I successfully implemented the Scrum framework to improve its efficiency and performance. Through agile training and re-education, and the application of practices such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives, we obtained a 100% improvement in the quality of work and in meeting deadlines. This approach allowed the internal team of interns to successfully deliver projects, demonstrating the effectiveness of the Scrum framework in improving the performance of internal teams in work environments. Leading the development of end-to-end projects for FrontEnd and BackEnd, I successfully implemented the Scrum framework in teams composed of up to 10 people per language (Flutter, Kotlin, IOS, Android, .Net, C#, PHP, and XAMARIN). Through an agile and collaborative approach, we carry out the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, managing the Lifecycle and the ROI of deliverables. Efficient project management allowed teams to deliver projects with quality, on time, and with a high level of stakeholder satisfaction. The inclusion of interns in the teams provided an opportunity for learning and growth while contributing to the success of the projects. I successfully coordinated the opening of Samsung stores, along with the implementation of the ERP LINX system, using the ScrumBan framework as a project management framework. Through an agile approach, we conducted the implementation of ERP LINX to support store operations, including sales, inventory, financial and logistics processes. Through the application of ScrumBan, we reached a high level of efficiency in the implementation of the ERP LINX, with the opening of the stores taking place within the stipulated deadlines and with success in the integration of the operational processes. The ScrumBan framework was essential to ensure alignment between teams, the fulfillment of objectives, and the successful delivery of Samsung stores with the implemented LINX ERP system.

I successfully managed the highly complex JARVIS project in the legal sector, using Machine Learning, and coordinating three teams distributed in different locations in Brazil. In addition, I also led less complex projects related to the implementation of IVR, including gathering requirements and planning deliverables. Through the Scrum framework mixed with Waterfall to ensure efficiency and team collaboration. We perform Sprint Plannings, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure transparency, effective communication, and alignment between teams. I managed the complexity of the JARVIS project, including the implementation of Machine Learning techniques to streamline legal processes.

Through the traditional approach of the Waterfall framework and the application of the 6sigma principles, we perform a detailed analysis of the requirements of the ERP and InfoWeb projects, define the scopes, plan the development stages, execute the implementation, and carry out the necessary verifications and validations. Later, seeking a more agile and flexible approach, we migrated to the Scrum framework integrated with PDCA, which allowed us to have greater flexibility in deliveries and continuous improvement of the development process.
