I am a versatile, compassionate and hardworking individual with a ten-year track record of providing exceptional patient care and customer service. While I have always had a special interest in mental health, my foray into the world of psychiatry and TMS officially began after my graduation from the University of California, San Diego, in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive & Behavioral Neuroscience. In my studies at UCSD, I had been introduced to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), but was not cognizant of its clinical applications until I began working in medical and psychiatric offices in outpatient settings. Since then, I have broadened and diversified my experience in the TMS field, and am lucky to work with one of the leading TMS Centers in the country. In my 3 years of working in TMS, I have learned all the "ins and outs", allowing me to knowledgeably educate prospective patients and their families on what TMS is and how it can help them on their journeys to bettering their mental health. Especially in my encounters with onboarding patients struggling with depression and anxiety, I do everything I can to do the "heavy lifting" of getting them started with the TMS treatment, including navigating complex and often esoteric insurance policies, coordinating scheduling, and providing reassurance and hope throughout the process. I feel so incredibly privileged and grateful to be a part of so many patients' journeys to emerge from the depths of depression and find hope for their futures.

  I oversee Intake for patients for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy for 13 SoCal TMS office locations spanning Los Angeles and Orange counties, including educating patients and their families on TMS Therapy, navigating insurance authorizations, obtaining clinical history for our staff of psychiatric providers, and ensuring that all steps of the Intake process run smoothly so that our patients can get the care and treatment they need as quickly as possible.
