Lead Consultant / Manager
- Understand the buyer personas by working closely with the product marketing group, address the pain points, buying process and criteria, and work on a user journey mapping with all the customer touchpoints and corresponding communication channels and programs to positively impact and influence the buying decision and brand favorability;- Management of new acquisition performance marketing results, processes and execution of activities across campaigns and channels: direct, social media, SEO, PPC, display, etc. to drive awareness, engagement and conversion;- Lead the Customer Acquisition team to ensure a consistent and integrated approach;- Build, execute and manage the digital planning strategy and drive growth of the new customer base, new acquisition sales and traffic, always looking to increase the revenue and optimize the costs;- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of the marketing channels and different conversion touchpoints, campaigns and website, presenting results in meaningful terms and coming with solutions and recommendations based on the trends;- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the marketing efforts and website performance across devices and user journey touchpoints: desktop, mobile, apps;- Use marketing analytics tools to answer key business questions while monitoring data integrity and validity.
