Legal Advisor to the Department’s Import Administration. • Responsible for the review and support of antidumping and countervailing duty determinations in the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit• Additional responsibilities included legal support to the Office of Textiles and Apparel on matters concerning commercial availability and safeguard procedures pursuant to several Free Trade Agreements

Legal Advisor to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.• Issued Customs Rulings and adjudicated Customs Protests on various U.S. Customs legal matters such as country of origin marking and labeling requirements, antidumping and countervailing duties, duty drawback, and duty deferral program eligibility• Determined legal eligibility of CDSOA certifications and reviewed requests for reconsideration, third-party challenges, and verifications of filed certifications• Member of the Trade Support Network Subcommittee on Drawback
