I'm Adaly, a second-year business administration student at NIU with a minor in Spanish.Hard work and dedication are vital aspects of defining who I am. I am a first-generation student who wants to risks and gain experience. Coming to NIU, I adapted to my new environment and took advantage of the opportunities and resources I have here. First year at NIU, I joined an organization within the Department of Management, Management, and Business Administration Advisory Board (MBSAB). I've learned to be a team player with the members and faculty serving and coordinating events for the Department of Management students. This year, I continue to be a member of MBSAB.Throughout the process and experiences, I am a responsible and motivated student ready to apply education in the workplace/internship in Business Administration to gain hands-on experience and obtain an entry-level Business Administrator position to help launch a career while achieving company goals and developing work experience.
