I also worked around the front of the store, utilizing a walkie-talkie to communicate with other front-end employees on the fly for when there were urgent updates or store problems that we needed to solve together.Communicating on the fly in a fast-paced environment was very crucial for completing the daily work to allow the store to reach or exceed sales forecasts for any given day.
