• Led all technical activity and technologies for the company within the Engineering, Molding, and Maintenance departments. Led and served a team of approximately 25 direct and indirect reports. • Developed and executed the annual department operating budget, in coordination with the company President and in rigorous pursuit of the company vision. Full P&L responsibility for M&E department.• Chaired Change Control Board: developed and maintained electronic engineering change management system in the ERP system providing full traceability of engineering change orders in compliance with company ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).• Initiated Real Time Process Monitoring, resulting in increased uptime, reduced scrap, and robust/repeatable manufacturing processes.• Developed company manufacturing KPIs, set up monthly tracking, and provided the Leadership Team with monthly analytical insights from the data.• Led multiple major capital expansion projects that include a dual-bridge/hoist, 18 US-ton capacity overhead bridge crane, 10+ new all-electric injection molding machine procurements, and custom work cell designs to reduce variable overhead costs.• Launched company's inaugural tooling component kanban inventory system for critical tooling maintaining 98%+ annual uptime.• Built and further developed a strong technical team of approximately 25 direct and indirect reports that achieved company goals. Identified department skills gaps and appropriate training and projects to close them.• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Excel (VBA), Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive to automate workflows and improve company efficiency through shared information.• Began annual holiday season donation drives in support of community non-profits such as Toys for Tots, Winchester's Families Reaching Out Group, and others.
