Provided wellness programming for 13,000+ employees to support the well-being of employees. Served as the organizational manager for LifeWorks Wellness Platform, the 2017/2018 Virgin Pulse Global Challenge and was the HR Champion for the United Way Campaign. Developed workshops in the areas of healthy living, stress management and psychological health and safety in the workplace (the Standard).

Taught physical education and health to students in Grades 7 through 9, in addition to Grade 9 Mathematics. Head coach for the Boys Soccer team (provincial bronze medalists), Flag-football team, and assistant coach for Boys & Girls Track and Field teams.

Taught classes in the area of Mathematics (G5-G9), Science (G5/6), and Physical Education (G6-9) in a split-class environment. Head instructor of the Hockey Canada Skills Academy - conducted off-ice and on-ice training sessions for 15-20 student athletes.

Develop lessons and instruct students on mathematical concepts as prescribed by the curriculum set forth by Alberta Education.

Developed and implemented an off-season training program. Instructed, supervised, tracked and monitored workout performance for 20 high performance athletes.

Reviewed resources and developed guidelines for the Trades Readiness program that is aimed at preparing students to write the Alberta Entrance exams.
