About Adam Abdul-Rahaman
Adam has over twelve years’ experience as a development and evaluation practitioner with demonstrable history and experience in designing and managing multi-donor programs requiring different reporting formats and schedules. He has significant experience in the workings of the public sector through the provision of strategic M&E guidance and support to Ministries, Department and Agencies including activities to enhance capacity and create M&E culture within public sector institution in Ghana.He supported and facilitated the processes for the development of Government of Ghana Results Frameworks for High Priority (GRFHP 2017-2020,2020-2024) programmes. He particularly played a critical role in the End Line Evaluation of the Results Framework for High Priorities (GRFHP) 2017-2020 which culminated in the design of new programmes and projects.He has practical experience and skills in the use of results-based models (theory of change/logical frames) to design programmes, develop performance measurement systems, and data collection instruments to measure program effects. His role as the entity project coordinator of the Public Sector Reform for Results Project (PSRRP) have further deepened his knowledge and skills in program planning, monitoring and evaluation of public sector programmes. He has in-depth knowledge and practical experience in methodological design and implementation of both quantitative and qualitative research studies.
