- Assists the Guest Relations Manager with the daily operations as well as delegating and guiding team members.- Responsible for the consistent delivery of the InterContinental Ambassador and IHG Rewards Club in our hotel.- Focuses on educating and inspiring front desk team to deliver the highest quality experience to members once they arrive at the hotel through consistent benefit delivery and making all members feel recognized and valued whilst also ensuring the front desk team is securing new members into the programmes.- Ensures certain IHG Rewards Club standards are understood by all team members. Review withnew team members as they join the hotel.- Ensures published, in‐hotel InterContinental Ambassador and IHG Rewards Club benefits aredelivered consistently.- Ensures all approved InterContinental Ambassador and IHG Rewards Club collateral is availableand appropriately displayed and stocked; ensure out‐dated signage/materials are replacedor removed.- Touch base of all InterContinental Ambassadors and IHG Rewards Club Members.- Personally inspects rooms for VIPs, members, and guests celebrating a special occassions to ensurereadiness for a seamless arrival experience.

1. Possess a through knowledge of Operations, Cashiering and Telephone policies and procedures.2. Prepares a balance cashier's audit report and remittance at the end of the shift.3. Responsible in maintaining relevant records and preferences of guests are met.4. Collaborate with concierge staff upon the arrival and checking-in of guests.5. Assist and arrangement of guest travel and transportation to and from Hotel.6. Ensure timely preparation of final bills and handling of payments.7. Attending to telephone calls and when necessary redirecting calls to relevant parties.8. Attending and Recording queries, complaints, problems, and providing suitable assistance for the same.9. Ensure excellent customer service to guests.10. Maintain guest ledger ina systematic manner.11. Fully conversant with guests as far as serviced residences facilities are concerned.12. Study the daily arrival report and pick-up time, handle transportation, newspaper andwake-up call requests effectively.13. Handle VIP's according to standard procedures of the Serviced Residences.

Guest Service **Pre-Opening Team**1. Check hotel guests in and out in a warm, friendly and efficient manner.2. Greets all guests that may come in contact with the Reception. To have the product knowledge of the hotel and its Food and Beverage outlets operating times, and other guest facilities available at the hotel3. Ensure that guest is completely happy with the accommodation and hotel facilities.4. Ensure a speedy telephone service at all times. Ensure to address guest by name at all times.5. Keeps the work place clean, tidy and orderly.6. Takes and processes reservations after the Reservation department has closed or if reservation staff is engaged or unavailable to attend to reservation calls.7. Inform Guest Service Executive, Guest Service Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager of any guest problems so that any necessary follow-up may be taken action and logs down on the Front Office clipboard to bring up in the briefing for Front Office Manager8. Follow up expected arrivals if room is ready and departures for assistance with luggage and ensure room is ready for the next arrival. To inform Guest Service Executive, Guest Service Manager is there any late check-out.9. Carries out any additional duties i.e. walk in guest request tour of the hotel or as requested by the Guest Service Executive, GuestService Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager.
