Along the way, led hundreds of high performing, mission driven team members, including operations managers, sales advisors, medical assistants, doctors, and virtual care providers up until closing Forward in November of 2024.Prior to Forward, I led operations at SERVIZ (acquired by Porch - Nasdaq: PRCH), improving the way we book and buy home services like plumbing, handyman, and appliance repair. I helped scale SERVIZ's two sided marketplace from day 0 to 30 cities, in 16 home service categories, and thousands of sub-contractor partners (ex. handyman and plumbers). Before SERVIZ, I was a Consultant at BCG, received my MBA from Wharton, spent 5 years in retail operations at Target, and received my BBA from Michigan - Go Blue!
