Led the evaluation of 200+ practices including the build out of a regional manager structure to support the distribution of financial and operational metrics. Completed analysis to support the divestiture of unprofitable clinics, and urgent care centers as well as the restructuring of physician compensation in unprofitable practices.Riverside Medical Group New Jersey – Partnered with Optum corporate development to complete RMG transaction (~125 providers). Built a finance function to support RMG business performance of 45% revenue growth. Transitioned business from QuickBooks to PeopleSoft and established a practice P&L structure discipline. Partnered with COO to evaluate and implement new business opportunities including the build out of a Physician Owned Lab, Cardiology Cath Lab, new payer financial arrangements, and 23 provider group acquisitions totaling 75 providers.Connecticut IPA – Led finance function beginning with market diligence and evaluation through post go live implementation of a new CT risk based IPA. Partnered with UHC to launched statewide program to provide risk and quality services to 50K Medicare Advantage members. Grew IPA membership from 3K to 18K lives through new product expansion and the implementation of multiple health plans.
