Develop and implement global manufacturing process and equipment/tooling strategies for new business in automotive pressure switches and HVAC & Industrial capacitive pressure sensors.

Successfully executed nine different (concurrently in some cases) manufacturing line relocation projects from Massachusetts to Mexico. This included,but was not limited to developing training plans, knowledge transfer, inventory management, equipment relocation, maintenance plan transfer, equipment installation, equipment validation, process control validations, and product validation.Led outsourcing training, relocation, and knowledge transfer of automotive pressure switch plastic injection molding tools and presses from in-house to selected external suppliers as well as plastic injection molds and metal stamping tool transfers to lower cost suppliers.

Held mechanical design engineering role and responsibilities during this time for Air Conditioning and Hydraulic automotive pressure switch products. Duties included, but were not limited to new business opportunity development, product change validation testing, returned device analysis, and root cause analysis.

Manufacturing Engineer for a variety of A/C and power steering automotive pressure switch assembly lines. Responsible for supporting customer quality, delivery objectives, and business objectives through various methods such as yield improvement projects and bottleneck improvement projects (cycle time reduction) to increase potential capacity.
