As an employment advisor, I analyse where the participant is on their journey, what barriers they may face and the best ways to overcome them. We work alongside businesses to support individuals through health matters and financial struggles. Help them gain work experience and further their education through training while on board with us. A big part of my role involves me engaging with potential employers about the range of opportunities they may have currently. We negotiate reasonable adjustments for future employees of those employers and support participants while at work.
