Primarily responsible for all corporate marketing and business communication requirements.• Manage business press releases, including researching required information from internal and external sources, co-write content with PR agency for best pitch result and distribution through the business owned media channels (internal and external).• Oversee all communication content produced by the greater marketing team and business to ensure consistency with business / brand tone• Support the digital marketer in copywriting content for use on social channels and email marketing• Manage charity partnership and new requests that come through to the business. As a result created an industry first process for charity partnerships (oOh! Community, offering 3 levels of support) which provided greater value for both parties including increased opportunities business development and providing access for charity partners to oOh’s national network.• Reporting on comms effort monthly to comms and marketing manager. Developed a report that included a snap shot of recent media coverage and a benchmark against competitors and YTD results.• Working with the wider corporate team on delivering corporate collateral (financial/ investor presentations, legal communications, annual reports, tenders and eDMs)• Complete accountability for all communication needs (PR, social and internal) of an industry wide competition with a prize value of more than $1 million• Organise media events for product launches including working with PR agency to organise guests, catering, selection of venue and collateral where required.

Main responsibility ensuring campaigns booked by direct and agency clients are processed, printed, scheduled, installed and removed as per agreement.• Manage client relations post interaction with Sales by obtaining required printed large format material and client preferred instructions on placements.• Liaise with third party suppliers to organise delivery and installation of material. Capturing live updates on timings to report back to client on when material will be installed.• Budget, negotiate and select preferred third party print suppliers to supply advertising material for client. Maintaining relationship through out the network of suppliers to obtain priority service.• Detailed data entry of client’s advertising material instructions and/or scheduling of digital files into in house system ensuring accuracy.• Reporting back to sales team on campaign progress and next steps.
