I helped corporate customers to shape their strategy and improve their business performance. I undertake change management, process and business development projects. I successfully managed three mayor projects during these years: a business strategy excercise for a leading Central European commercial bank in the field of automotive finance; an international asset finance investment deal in the aviation industry; and an European marketmarket-entry stategy analyses for medical company.

I studied subjects I enjoyed most: I received a qualification in automotive finance in the UK and a degree in computer science in Hungary. In the meantime, I was trying to catch up with family and sport related activities I missed earlier.

This included the Financial Intermediaries Regulations; the Consumer Finance Regulations (‘Treating Customers Fairly’) and with the new Hungarian Civil Code. Redesigned the risk and collection process due to the increased importance laid on the stock finance worth over USD 80 million.Utilised the “big data” analysis methods to predict signs of bankruptcy and introduced a quarterly financial monitoring model to serve as an early warning system to act before the actual default occurs.Led and worked closely with the project team that developed the 'Bank partner' business model with a few commercial banks (CitiBank, Volksbank; Takarekbank,) and many smaller savings cooperatives to promote cross-selling activities.
