Chalmers Cortège Committé arranges Chalmers biggest student event were over 1000 students build different contributions for a big parade that goes through the streets of Gothenburg on the 30th of April in front of 250 000 spectators. The building site were the contributions are constructed is open for 10 days and the Cortège Committé is responsible for organizing the event and provide all the necessary equipment and materials.I was personally responsible for all the organizations PR both towards the public and other students. Furthermore I arrange and supervise all activities and competitions that where held for the participating students. Lastly I picked and organized the jury that elects the best contributions in the parade and divides 50 000 SEK in prices.
