“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.”Through many speakers, philosophers and leaders had used these very words, each changed and effected lives in different ways. I hold these words close to me, and use them to motivate my overall goal in life.The spread of Information, perspective, and in turn understanding.Being of mind that there is no substitute for hands-on learning, I have always strived to implement those teachings in every and any position I am in. From IT support and education to reduce technical issues that slow production, to the full understanding of products purchased and how they may be intertwined with other systems. The difficulty in a Cyber/social media style world, is the understanding that along with those tools there are incomparable benefits to being face to face, on an interpersonal level with individuals to: instill confidence, minimize self doubt, and motivate to learn.These three values translate far from just education in a broad scope, they also are involved with many other industries. Understanding how media can be used to convey messages more effectively, to marketing and sales. Helping clients feel that the decision they have made is not only informed, but confident that the decision was made wisely and is beneficial.Currently with Cyber Training Technologies - CTT's goals mirror mine, to provide support, knowledge and understanding to our men and women of service. CTT uses both past, current and future technologies to aid in the education of our service members. Simplifying the process from beginning and end to fully encapsulate the capabilities taught within the courses. CTT currently has roughly 117 products hosted on the Army TAG (TRADOC App Gateway) that helps streamline the process of MILES equipment utilization and education.As my rolls very from day to day, I consider myself a swiss army knife for any group I am currently with. From tracking objectives, to providing support for manual analysis, storyboard writing, filming and directing, media editing, accounting, trip planning and hands-on training.When I'm not learning about new communication techniques, you can find me enjoying travel, cooking, and hitting the gym!
