Australian Global College (AGC) was established by Managing Director Adam Ayash and Chief Executive Officer Nasser Roumieh. Our staff at AGC have a passion for education and providing students with the adequate skills to achieve their goals.In his time as Chairman of Uplift Education (2013 to November 2016), Adam was granted official approval from the Australian Skills and Quality Authority to become Sydney's newest Registered Training Organisation. Accordingly, AGC evolved with the vision to provide both international and domestic students with the training to confidently develop their skills and enter the workforce. The final result has been the formation of a team who encompasses a strong vision to assist students in all their endeavours.

ADM Financial Planners, Sydney Australia based, was founded in 1980 and is one of the largest financial planning firms in the south west region of Sydney Australia. It has been owned and operated by Managing Director, Adam Ayash who has been in the financial services industry for over 26 years

Adam, since 2013, has served as Chairman of the Board at Uplift Education and Training Australia. Uplift has been in operation for 6 years as Liverpool's largest HSC Tuition School and has played an active role in the coaching of over 1000 students.Having worked in the financial services industry for almost three decades, Adam joined Uplift with a vision to give back to the community. In his time as Chairman, Uplift has been granted approval from the Australian Skills and Quality Authority to become Sydney's newest Registered Training Organisation, specializing in Cert I, II, III, IV and Diploma's in Accounting, Bookkeeping and Financial Service mans. Uplift Vocational Training has also acts as a platform for connecting people with the training needed to enter the work force and/or develop further job skills. As a partner to the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Adam in his role as Chairman provides leadership to the board, ensuring that Uplift operates as a sustainable business and educational institution. Adam supports and sustains the work of Uplift, and provides governance leadership and strategic fundraising support.
