Working on four-man team supporting 80+ pieces of heavy equipment, 200+ small vehicles, and communications systems in a mining environment. Installation, maintenance and repair of Motorola two-way radio systems, Modular Mining Dispatch system, Jigsaw Dispatch system, Matrikon Interface system. Support installation, maintenance and repair of Caterpillar CAES ore control and high precision GPS system. Installation, calibration, maintenance and repair of Motion Metrics Toothmetrics camera system on P&H excavation equipment. Install, maintain, and repair 3d-p Mesh radio system used to connect and broadcast information over 2.4 GHz.

Maintain a 500+ computer network. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer hardware, software, personal computer networks, peripheral equipment and District wide electronic mail systems. Assess user-training needs and train users in effective use of applications. Make recommendations regarding hardware and software acquisitions. Prepare documentation and provide user assistance to District staff.

Handle all aspects of daily Team Management, coach team members, advise on customer service techniques, administer disciplinary actions, conduct performance evaluations, conduct interviews, lead all Team meetings, keep team current on ever changing site policies/procedures.
