• Management of multiple vendors, procedures, procedure writing, and record keeping for the maintenance, in-depth troubleshooting, and emergency repairs of critical data center equipment across multiple disciplines, including several critical event equipment failures, in a diverse campus of eight sites.• Coordination and Supervision of construction, commissioning, and customer fit-out activities for two 1.125MW suites, one 6MW building. Activities also include coordinating with five departmental management teams to ensure that data center builds are to current standards without impacting ongoing operations of our 4.5 MW and 3.375MW facilities.• Successfully implemented a pilot initiative to automate daily rounds (LogCheck), with a goal to increase efficiency, optimize consistency, and automate data capture while saving over 15,000 man-hours per annum, equivalent to over two million dollars freed up annually.• Self-initiated lead in optimizing our Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) data, enabling us to significantly reduce non-productive time on localized reporting, increase response times for critical incident analysis and prepare our campus for fully automated customer billing and reporting.• Designed and implemented local Microsoft SharePoint sites, including automated Flows for multiple types of document control, and Purchase Order (PO) requests, including automated tracking and notifications.

• Provided consulting on and performed installation, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, client training, and logistics in cooperation with developed partnerships in the technology integration industry - Building Automation and Controls, Lighting, Audio and Video Integration, Networks, HVAC, Servers, Security (access control, monitoring), Irrigation controls, Solar and more.
