FATCA/CRS - analyzing financial and legal documents to determine the status of the company, conducting the reporting due diligence based on extensive financial data and filing the reports to tax authorities. UBO - preparing analysis of the beneficial owners of the company and relevant forms, updating entries on BO register, participating in training sessions for other departments.Tutoring new colleagues, giving internal trainings and case-study presentations, reviewing the drafts of documents. Overseeing group projects, monitoring the progress and, based on observation and feedback, preparing step-by-step guides and knowledge base. Handling queries from clients and other teams, updating control files and distributing minor tasks.ESG - attending courses (internal or via UN GC academy) related to sustainability in general and to EU legislation (CSRD and Taxonomy)

My primary duties consists of evaluation of the documents with accordance to formal requirements, concluding preliminary assessments of the cases and discussing the matter with judges, drafting judgements and rulings with the grounds of judgments, conducting research to analyze legal problems. As a employee of the Commercial Chamber of Appeal I deal with litigations between entrepreneurs, insolvency proceedings and cases related to the National Court Register.
