Care Quality Improvement Lead (Hospital At Night Project Manager)
Current• Provide project scoping and design support to operational teams, including facilitating project diagnostics, vision setting and solution/process design to inform and form part of improvement plans; • Deputise for the Senior Project Lead as needed• Support with the development of high-quality service improvement plans and business cases, informed by robust data and intelligence; • Encourage and work with clinical operational Divisions to deliver improvement programmes across the Trust relating to this project; • Develop, implement and operate good governance processes around delivery, including regular reporting on progress, milestones, KPIs and any remedial actions, escalating as appropriate; • Ensure the Programmes develop and review key performance indicators in relation to goals and outcomes and that project delivery is monitored against these; • Provide guidance on project management to project support staff and others within the organisation as required, acting as a role model for best practice and sharing knowledge; • Provide support to the Project Working Groups, including offering constructive challenge where milestones are not being met and facilitating a problem-solving approach around issues as and when they arise;• Facilitate project meetings and workshops where required, supporting decision making, project progress and action completion;• Interpret and analyse information supported by the Care Quality Business Support Analyst, and make decisions on a wide range of project issues where there may be more than one course of action;• Support ‘business as usual’ projects where the Care Quality Directorate may need additional resource to accelerate in order to meet required national timelines.• Provide quantitative analysis and project audit as part of the benefit realisation process;• Work across, and with, a range of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation;
