Verified that proper risk impacts were properly reflected in the program EAC. Ensuredthat proper risk handling procedures were implemented onto programs• Contract Geometry – To prepare, control and distribute contract statement of work (SOW) and relatedbudgets to ensure all authorized SOW, and only authorized SOW, is accurately reflected indocumentation and budgets• Compliance and Operations- Developed and implemented the revamped RFI requests and audit PRAMfor all future operational audits with the Director of operations.

Ready to Hand is a SAORI weaving studio that allows the homeless community in Philadelphia to create and sell their own weaving creations to the public. Our group created internal process improvements and marketing initiatives to help expand their business ventures and increase sales. Presented project initiatives and results to Hopkins Faculty, Studio Owner, and members of Philadelphia's Directors who serve on homeless boards and committees.
