Services include tax management, accounting/bookkeeping, audit/review/compilations, estate and trust, and payroll services.

Supervise the Accounting and HR departments with 8 total employees in 4 different locations. 60 employees in the company.Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting including for banks, bonding, taxes, and audits. Including but not limited to financial forecast, budgets, balance sheet, income statement, cash flows, and LOS.Manage all cash and accounting activities including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and royalty payments. Also responsible for cash management and forecasting.Responsible for creating and implementing all accounting, finance, internal control and human resources policies and procedures. Manage human resources activities including payroll, benefits, and reporting.Responsible for integrating all newly acquired assets into our company and accounting system. Currently using OGSys. Including, but not limited to, setting up revenue and expense decks, new wells, field, leases, royalty owners, vendors, and owner data.Audit and tax liaison for third party CPA firm.Responsible for managing all state, local, and federal reporting requirements.

Manage the process, review, analysis and recording of administrative activity for the Company, including certain employee benefits, derivatives, monthly and quarterly accruals, governmental reporting and assistance in internal and external audits of the financial statements and SOX controls.

Create, implement, and manage the purchase order process. Month-end close procedures including general journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, bank account reconciliations, depreciation reconciliation, and accrual and allocation processes. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting procedures in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles along with budget to actual reconciliations. Full-time

Reviewing and posting accounts payable vouchers, receiving and entering cash receipts, month-end close procedures including general journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, bank account reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, depreciation reconciliation, and accrual and allocation processes. Also, I have been involved in quarterly reporting procedures along with budgeting and forecasting with the V.P. of Finance. Full-time

Basic accounting procedures in addition to maintaining aged accounts receivables, monthly intercompany reconciliations, and monthly bank reconciliations. Full-time

Worked for a CPA firm on a team conducting audits of both private and public companies in accordance with GAAP, GAS and SOX. Full-time
