Prior to joining First Republic, Adam was a Senior Vice President within the Private Wealth Group at Jefferies. He brings with him over 20 years of wealth management, investment banking and capital markets experience, providing customized strategies and tailored services designed to meet the unique needs of affluent clients and their families. He has particular expertise in pre- and post-liquidity planning, single stock risk management and diversification, trust, tax and estate planning and asset allocation/manager selection that reflect clients' short-and long-term priorities. Previous to Jefferies' Private Wealth Group, Adam was a Senior Vice President within Jefferies' Technology Investment Banking Group based in San Francisco.
