I’m an executive leader with over 20+ years of experience directly and indirectly leading teams from 5-2,000+ members that is known for getting things done. In my current position, I’m responsible for a fast-growing P&L that generates well over $700M in annual revenue with expanding margins year over year.Some of my key accomplishments as a leader:• Multiple team members were promoted two or more levels after being in one of my teams• Built a P&L for a large business driving high levels of customer satisfaction, outsized & sustained revenue growth and significant margin expansion• Built a corporate strategic planning process and strategy cascade where none existed that drove increased employee engagement as measured by voice of employee• Built a demand & supply planning function and S&OP process that drove strong financial outcomes including reducing logistics costs, reducing inventory levels and increasing product availabilityWhat I’m most proud of is my ability to inspire others, both teams and individuals, to continuously strive to become better versions of themselves. As the leader of the Veteran’s Employee Resource Group, I’ve helped a group of employees complete a month-long 100-mile challenge every February for the last four years. Our team has grown from 8 to over 50 people in that time and raised over $15K for veteran’s organizations this year.I’m an active guy who loves the outdoors and spending time with my family.
