Responsibilities included creating the vision and direction for a new platform and roll up in the Radon Mitigation Space with Rockbridge Growth Equity as the sponsor. Responsible for acquisition targets and integration, development of executive leadership team, platform development and continued organic and M&A growth. Successfully acquired 5 strong companies which will create a new national service standard in the radon mitigation industry. Maintained strong cultural values and connectivity within all of the partner companies. Executive team hit all 5 first year targets.

After a successful sale to Interstate Restoration in which I joined the leadership team and played an integral part of the growth of the company, more than doubling its size in the 3+ years I was involved, it became time to look for another challenge in which I could use my skills to build a strong and cohesive culture which will create strong sales, an efficient and devoted team, and long term loyalty by creating deep and personal connections between you, your employees, and your clients.

Statewide was recently acquired by Interstate Restoration of Fort Worth Texas. This exciting merger of our companies has created tremendous opportunities for our growth in the Disaster Recovery Industry. Statewide was a regional powerhouse when it joined Interstate. As EVP of the new combined entity, I was instrumental in more than doubling the company in the 3+ years I was involved, through organic growth as well as acquisitions. Bringing the tremendous TEAM effort (together everyone achieves more) to Interstate helped jumpstart the tremendous growth in those 3 years. My role was focused on creating the exceptional customer experience through a combination of operational efficiency, sales driven data, understanding and managing customer expectations, and of course bottom line results.
