This foundation led me to a role in Quality Inspection, where I ensured that all products met industry standards. My career progression continued as I took on the role of QHSE Manager, responsible for overseeing quality, health, safety, and environmental practices and standards across the organisation, Implementing ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. Before becoming Head of Operations, I served as the Operations & QHSE Manager. In this role, I was responsible for managing both operational processes and ISO Standards, ensuring seamless integration of quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures with day-to-day manufacturing activities. I led initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and implemented a group wide ISO system to ensure all divisions maintained compliance with industry standards.Currently, as the Head of Operations, I oversee daily operations in all functions that support the manufacturing of pressure vessels and specialist fabrications, ensuring compliance with codes and standards maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety. I lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals in fabrication, welding, machining, project management, purchasing, quality, and maintenance departments. I am focused on enhancing productivity and reducing operational costs while collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
