My Experience is in the production of high-integrity pressure vessels and specialist fabrications to pressure vessel and defence standards. My knowledge spans across fabrication, welding, machining, and overall operational excellence, ensuring seamless production processes and superior product quality. I am dedicated to driving continuous improvement, optimising workflows, and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. I am adept at leading cross-functional teams, overseeing complex projects, and delivering results that align with organisational goals.I began my career as a Fabricator Welder, where I developed my skills in welding and fabrication techniques. This foundation led me to a role in Quality Inspection, where I ensured that all products met industry standards. My career progression continued as I took on the role of QHSE Manager, responsible for overseeing quality, health, safety, and environmental practices and standards across the organisation, Implementing ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. Before becoming Head of Operations, I served as the Operations & QHSE Manager. In this role, I was responsible for managing both operational processes and ISO Standards, ensuring seamless integration of quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures with day-to-day manufacturing activities. I led initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and implemented a group wide ISO system to ensure all divisions maintained compliance with industry standards.Currently, as the Head of Operations, I oversee daily operations in all functions that support the manufacturing of pressure vessels and specialist fabrications, ensuring compliance with codes and standards maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety. I lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals in fabrication, welding, machining, project management, purchasing, quality, and maintenance departments. I am focused on enhancing productivity and reducing operational costs while collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
