Achieved the largest industrial lease deal in the City of Denver in 2012. • The Highlands, Sourced and purchased 43 acres of agricultural land in the City of Watford City. Successfully obtained all entitlements for a 500 unit housing development. • EastPark 70, redesigned the master plan of a 90 acre Class A industrial park located along I-70’s eastern corridor in Greater Denver. The project broke ground Fall 2015.• Parkway, re-positioned and oversaw $5 million upgrade program of 460 unit multi-family mid-rise complex in midtown Denver. Achieved 9-10% year over year rent growth.• Bella Springs, managed the upgrade program and eventual $48.5 million sale of a 364 unit Class A apartment community in Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities included: Coordinating the acquisitions and assemblage of 16 different contiguous properties totaling 150 acres; Supervising all master planning and entitlement activities with local and state agencies; Managing the approval of more than 40 re-zonings over the course of three town meetings; Managing a project team of more than 40 consultants through 60 planning board hearings over two years; Negotiating PPP's and permits with state & local agencies including, Mass Dept of Environmental Protection, MassDOT, Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority, and the Town's of Westwood, Canton, & Dedham. This process culminated in approvals for 1,000 residential units, 1,500,000 SF of office, & 1,400,000 SF of retail.• 55 Cambridge Parkway, participated in the renovation and re-tenanting of this 276,000 square foot Class A Office building on the banks of the Charles River next to MIT. Achieved 94% occupancy at rents 20% above market. Sold the property to Invesco, achieving a $29M profit and a levered IRR of 31.14%.• Boston Tech Center, re-positioned a 450,000 square foot data center abutting Harvard University and adjacent to the Massachusetts Turnpike into a state-of-the-art life sciences research & development center. Sold the property to Harvard University. • Participated in the pre-development, underwriting, acquisition, permitting, development, construction, marketing, leasing and asset management of 1,500,000 square feet of office, R&D, residential, TOD and mixed-use real estate in Greater Boston.
