Recruiting Specialist
Current- Source and hire field merchandisers, remote unit managers and a variety of sales positions.
- Work closely with managers to gain understanding of nuances and details of each position to ensure the best candidates will be presented.
- Scour job boards, such as Indeed and LinkedIn, to find enthusiastic and qualified candidates.
- Interview qualified candidates, discuss job expectations, and determine whether the position is a good fit for both parties, which ensures high retention rate for all new hires.
- Directly hire candidates for open positions, manage new hire paperwork, negotiate pay rates, and staying in contact with new hires throughout the process.
- Manage hiring for up to 75 positions simultaneously within multiple programs/teams, each with its own, sometimes conflicting, high-priority openings.
