About Adam Biewer
I am a software and game engine developer. I have experience creating physics engines for multiple games. At Visual Concepts, I have been working on improving our physics capabilities for NBA 2K24 and NBA 2K25, both on the court and in the open-world-style setting of The City. Previously at Blizzard, I worked alongside engineers developing an unannounced survival game and implemented various physics-related game features for the game. I also worked on their existing in-house physics engine, where my improvements were included in Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2. I have further experience in simulating real-world systems from previous internships at Los Alamos and Oak Ridge National Laboratories. I have experience in multiple object-orientated programming languages as well as web development, data science, and game development in Python (Flask for web), Javascript, and Godot.
