CostumeBox is Australia's leading e-commerce retailer for costumes, accessories, and party supplies. My role at CostumeBox was fast-paced and varied, with work being divided into content enrichment, SEO creation, and IT support. As a contributing member of the team, I would be the first point of contact for any technical issues the team may have. This included working on projects regarding improving the user experience on Shopify, setting up products, creating SEO content, providing technical support, implementing APIs, and liaising with SAAS products to improve the CostumeBox store.I worked closely with the special operations manager, acting in a digital project manager and product owner capacity, where I was an essential part of the development lifecycle of CostumeBox projects. This gave me exposure working in a 3rd party scrum team, which included liaising with internal and external stakeholders and creating tickets in the product backlog with common ticket management systems like Jira and ClickUp. Testing any product changes in each sprint to ensure changes meet the quality standard of our customers, in addition to attending sprint review meetings.Provide general maintenance and acquisitions of Windows systems, including fixing any hardware or software issues. Keeping up-to-date logs and documentation on IT resources and writing manuals on how to fix commonly occurring tech issues. Implement IT security strategies to help prevent any breaches by conducting regular staff training, conducting security audits with the staff, and preparing standard operating procedures for department manuals on security best practices.As a content producer, I would report to the content manager and wider marketing department. My roles and responsibilities included writing and updating product descriptions, ensuring products are described both accurately and creatively, and providing long descriptive articles with optimised keywords for search engine optimisation.

Responsibility for assisting the running of the pro-shop and assisting members and guests, including all aspects of cash management, customer service, site maintenance, sales, golfing advice and service planning.

Working as an Administrative intern at a busy hospital undertaking general office administration duties to ensure specialist staff could best complete their functions. My time at NCI required me to work both as a team member but also show initiative and work autonomously – both of which I enjoy and do well. During my time at NCI I contributed to a project to improve patient records. This included investigative work, research, then digitisation of all records (eg. Doctor’s reports, referrals, X-rays and confidential patient and clinical documents).

During my shifts, sole responsibility for managing the pro shop for Balgowlah Golf Course, including all aspects of opening/ closing, cash management, customer service, site maintenance, sales, golfing advice and service planning. Assisted in the introduction of a new software system for the management of bookings and payments.

Supported co-ordinators in arranging and undertaking activities for people with disabilities and therefore confined to wheelchairs. Involved identifying and the logistics of organising activities for the clients, then travelling to locations across Sydney and assisting them in full participation of the event/location. This role helped me further develop my strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
