Brigade Maintenance Officer Serves as Maintenance Officer for the 197th Field Artillery Brigade during deployment. Responsible for the combat and support readiness of the Brigades rolling stock and equipment. Acts as liaison between subordinate units and higher echelons. Assists with tracking and expediting parts for mission essential equipment. Also served as Operational Need Systems Officer, ensuring proper requirements are met for requested equipment by subordinate units. Also served as Reset Manager for the Brigade, ensuring all vehicles and equipment returned to the proper to home station during demobilization.Maintenance Control Officer Lead and managed a maintenance control section for a Brigade Support Battalion. Ensure that my Soldiers have the tools they need and are properly trained for the missions they need to accomplish. Mentor my Soldiers and direct them toward the correct path needed in all situations. Write reports needed for mission accomplishment. Also served as Unit Movement Officer, planning routes for missions and training, as well as ensuring proper equipment was utilized.

Assists Military affiliated students with online learning. Help to acclimate students with SNHU’s online learning environment, such as navigating websites, choosing courses/degree programs, issues with Instructors, or any academic issues that may arise. Guide students using their Military Benefits and Tuition assistance, which includes the process of starting their Benefits or Tuition Assistance. Serves as the Internship and Capstone Liaison on my respective team.
