During my time as an Agent of NFU Mutual at Sleaford, I was responsible and enjoyed managing relationships with customers and our team in the office. In starting out with filing (which I believe was very efficient), over the years I became part of the team in dealing with customer enquiries which included handling customer payments, claims and policy amendments.I found a passion for advising customers and helping them to their needs and requirements.
