-Connect with partners of the Airport Authority to broaden workforce development activities throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region.-Manage and advance existing relationships, while establishing new relationships with organizations throughout the region to increase diverse representation in the talent pipeline.-Facilitate the alignment between skill attainment and workforce needs by partnering with K-12, higher education, technical, and community-based training programs. -Develop and manage professional relationships with colleges, universities, community-based training programs, and faith-based organizations to strengthen the talent pipeline. -Showcase and promote the Airport Authority as an Employer of Choice in the region. -Conduct outreach and partnership activities to support engagement and relationship building. -Ensure representation at networking event, career days, STEM/Aviation days, and career fairs. -Manage relationships with key resources and community organizations to enhance visibility of the Airport Authority in the region. -Facilitate and expand the Airport Authority’s career pathways, and exploration programs with K-12 partners.-Manage the development and implementation of the workforce strategy at the Airport.-Work closely with Communications & Brand team to develop messaging and material which supports the Authority’s workforce development framework. -Advance workforce development at the Airport Authority.

-Design, develop, and execute business development plans and strategies for the region.-Research, analyze, and monitor workforce trends, labor market data, economic and other indicators to identify new learning engagements.-Identify, develop, execute, and grow contracted and upskilling training programs that support labor market and individuals needs.-Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with business and industry partners, agencies, and community organizations in order to leverage expertise and resources and achieve mutual goals.-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the contracted and upskilling training KPIs/KRIs; monitors/measures and realigns as necessary.-Manages the Business Development and individual’s solicitation with Marketing to promote noncredit programs to prospective learners.-Connect prospects and client partners with the right college resources to create, design, and present proposals and written Statements of Work.-Work closely with the divisions to drive customer satisfaction and continually improve offerings.-Document and communicate business development efforts in meetings and via tools such as CRM.-Active engagement in local/regional industry partnerships, workforce development organizations, local government.

-Assist the Dean of Admission in developing strategic recruitment tactics-Mentor the college's Admission Counselors-Manage enrollment goals and territories for admission recruitment staff-Provide Athletic Coaches with strategic recruitment strategies and support for prospective student athletes-Manage transfer recruitment-Focus on and improve relationship management strategies in the college's recruitment process-Lead the development of campus visit and events strategies and staff-Manage a geographic region for the recruitment of prospective students-Assist the Dean of Admission and marketing department in development of recruitment materials -Represent the college at a variety of events to both internal and external constituents-Serve on the Scholarship Committee and Financial Aid Appeals Committee-Management of student admission ambassadors -SSS TRIO & ACT 101 Advisory Board-CRM Workgroup (Slate)
