You are looking at my resume and saying he’s got extensive experience as a Tennis Pro but how in the world would that help our company or my clients? You’d be surprised…allow me to share. In the competitive, high-end customer service and satisfaction driven industry of tennis, here are 5 skills that helped me succeed as a tennis pro and set me apart from other candidates. Adept Sales Professional – Have you ever tried to sell your program, your staff and yourself as the main source of your income to a diverse clientele? I have a long experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Increasing sales 253% over my 11 ½ years while decreasing the budget 51%. Creative Marketing – I’m a skilled marketing professional whom relied on market research to determine where and how to maximize revenues through my available marketing channels. On Time Advertising – Word of mouth is great but how you get the word of mouth to your clients is the most important role of increasing sales. Mastering a three pronged approach using digital, technology and verbal advertising helped me exceed yearly projections. Strong Relationship Building – A long overlooked skill in sales is the service after the sale. I excel in relationship based sales. Selling ten things to one person is a lot easier than ten things to ten different people. I can build that trust on any brand I represent.
