During my time working for Dixons Carphone my role adapted as the fast moving world of technology does.I started in the environment of PC World selling computers and the peripherals along side, as the company merged into one I began to broaden my knowledge into televisions and brown goods.The role involved speaking with customer, providing a good understanding of the customers needs and tailoring a product to their requirements. During my time in PCWorld I became the go to colleague for technical advice and often I would be found assisting colleagues and customers with technical issues.I later became a Team Leader in Dixons providing training to newer staff and handling complaints. I also became a Business Accounts Manager heading the forfront of our business campaigns and being the lead liason for business owners.
