In 2014 I was approached by Oakley US HQ to rescue their Indonesian retail & wholesale business as the Local Distributor had filed for bankruptcy. I committed to a 3-year consultancy to identify and establish fiscal management strategies combined with recruitment of enhanced management resources to maximise operational efficiency to totally remodel the business operations and open multiple new retail stores across key locations in Jakarta & Bali via raising new capital through liquidation of excess inventory and assets. Within 24 months under my strategic direction and management the Oakley Indonesian business was returned to positive EBITDA and was debt free.2017 I co-founded Alive Data as a senior partner responsible for business development and consumer data acquisitions strategies across the emerging SEA markets.Alive is an Information Technology & Data Driven Solutions company headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices and representatives in Australia & Singapore.
