Heading the Human Resource function for North and South America. Ultimate Power Grid offers a wide spectrum of leading edge services starting with customer management and support services to a variety of services for healthcare organizations. Responsibilities in this role included end-to-end HR and Administration activities, such as planning, executing, monitoring and making key decisions in building and retaining a motivated and result oriented team with a total employee base of 2000 across the globe.

Overall responsibilities included recruitment, retainment and reconstruction of the Human Resources for Alpazo, a rapidly growing supplier of resources for pharmaceutical organizations. Responsible for creation of the Human Resources strategy and identification of key objectives aligned to the overall business strategy to support growth.
