Putting the customer at the center and building the experience around them is our prime objective. I was an active member of Toast Masters International at Forest City Toast Masters in London Ontario for approximately 1.5 years. In that time, I was able to refine my skills as a speaker/presenter through presentations done at regular Toast Master Meetings and through the processes taught within the program. Today, I am an exceptional group speaker capable of captivating an audience on any topic.
