As Systems Administrator, I am responsible for management of a Windows Active Directory network with over 700 computers, laptops, and mobile devices; and 1350+ users. To manage Apple hardware, I integrated two Apple Open Directory servers (Xserve) into the AD environment. I created an IT Department Wiki for documenting processes, software, serial numbers, etc. I act in an advisory capacity to the Technology Director on new and converging communications technologies. I oversaw the installation and deployment of wireless networking across the entire campus. I work directly with vendors and suppliers when developing plans for purchasing and implementation of new or replacement hardware and software.

Designed visually attractive and appropriate framing presentation for customers' artwork. Assisted shop manager with ordering supplies. Prioritized framing orders to meet completion deadlines. Audited counts during yearly physical inventory.

Troubleshot, diagnosed and repaired computer hardware and software issues in-house. Proactively solved errors and malfunctions with additional electronics such as DVD/CD players, still and video cameras, smartphones, etc. Interfaced with regional corporate service center for out-of-house repair services.
