Working in the hotel industry allowed me to discover the possibility of growth achievable in the tourism sector.Having started waitressing at a restaurant introduced me, for the first time, to working with customers and have a real contact with them by handling the orders, serving meals and preparing the catering for company events.With valuable skills from working at the restaurant attained, I began working at the front desk which provided invaluable training in multitasking as I was asked to satisfy the clients', as well as my superiors', requests.The great part of my life experience was influenced also by taking part in Erasmus programme which was lifetime opportunity for me and it helped me to create links across the Europe for me.
