Passionate about innovative uncrewed systems training and operations, I excel in project management within beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) Remotely Piloted Air Systems (RPAS) organisations. I am currently the Project Manager for training, trials, tactics, and doctrine at 32 Regt RA. Spearheading capabilities and procedures in the UK Field Army, I ensure the successful delivery of comprehensive training programs and new capability delivery that meets the evolving demands of operations and of our formations.As an Operations Officer in a high-readiness organisation, I thrived in a fast-paced environment, consistently planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously to fulfil operational requirements. Notable projects included deploying highly experienced and motivated RPAS crews on Non-combatant Evacuation Operations (NEO) in support of UK defence. This was delivered at short notice, required safety planning and management to external agencies and required innovation. I also routinely oversaw experimentation initiatives and the delivery of complex military large-scale training.Having also served as the deputy lead for all RPAS pilot instruction within 32 Regt RA, I bring a wealth of experience from my time as a competent and current unit instructor. For a decade I delivered comprehensive training and provided 1st party assurance to capability risk holders. My expertise extends to flight safety management, flight authorisation, human factors, and error management, backed by relevant qualifications and continuous professional growth.
